year-round marketing initiatives for the Calgary Stampede consumer marketing department, with a primary focus on the expanded BMO Centre. Functioning as a proactive project manager, I collaborate closely with the BMO Centre Sales and Events team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and alignment with overarching marketing objectives. My role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing transition plan, developing KPIs, and providing insightful reporting on SEO and digital performance. Additionally, I lead the development of the BMO Centre’s year-round content strategy in collaboration with Corporate Communications, investigate and propose a social media plan based on market best practices, and work with agency partners on a paid media strategy to support the BMO Centre’s opening and ongoing brand enhancements.
